I'm missing my file from my computer, how can I get it?

When I post a video from my iPhone to Dropbox, the video show up on my phone, but I only get the blue syncing display on my laptop. I need to move the file from Dropbox to my YouTube channel, but the file never shows up on my computer. How can I fix this?

Hey there @Tracy B, thanks for posting your question here. 

I just wanted to check back with you and ask if you're still having issues with this? 

If you are, could you let me know the current syncing status of the desktop app?

You can do that by hovering over the Dropbox icon that should be next to your computer's clock.

Let me know what you find and we'll go from there. Cheers!
