I'm missing photos that I added a year ago

New member | Level 2

In 2017 I added photos to a folder in Dropbox and now those folders are empty.  Where are my photos?

Check your Events and Deleted Files pages.

I have no recently deleted files.  All the folders are there but they are all empty.

Also, how do I get to my address/member list to edit it.

Hi there, if the events page isn’t showing the photos, then most likely they were deleted over 30 days ago, unless you’re on a paid plan, which meant they were deleted even longer ago than that.

Is it possible that another device deleted the photos (if your account is connected to multiple devices) or if they were in a shared folder, perhaps a member in that folder deleted them?

Could you clarify what you mean by address/member list?

Same. I know I definitely didn't delete the file as it was treasured. This happened once before but I thought it was me. Not this time!
