I'm not seeing some folders after syncing. Any clues?

I'm not seeing some folders after syncing. Any clues?

After syncing, I can only see 4 folders out of 15. Is there a fix?

Hi @pbuan; welcome to the Community and sorry to hear about your syncing issue.

 

Can you please send me the status of the desktop app on your computer as shown within your system tray/menu bar? 

 

Also, do you see those folders on our website?
