On 12/20/20 my content maxed out with files that I didn't recognize. I was notified that I would need to 2 more terabytes. I was afraid that I had been hacked and decided to eliminate my Dropbox account at work and home, thus starting over. I went to install a new account today and my old account contents poped up again with a reminder notice to add more space. What do I do now?
Hi @Bill1950, thanks for posting today!
If your account was filled up with unknown files, then it's possible that you might have added a shared folder, or enabled computer backups, which could result in a large increase of files.
Have you noticed any recent events which could show this?
This will help me to assist further!
