I'm sync problems due to my space

I'm sync problems due to my space

Hi all

I deleted more than half of the documents from my dropbox account and it still says I have reached maximum storage.

That's incorrect and I am still experiencing syncing problems.

I even unlinked and signed in and out several times. 

 

Any suggestions on how to resolve the sync problems?

Hi there @Jessica K, let's see what we can find here. 

 

Since you've been deleting files from your account, the first thing that comes to mind is that majority of your space could be occupied by shared folders. 

 

Could you have a look at your Plan tab and send me a screenshot of it?
