Hi there @Strapit

I'd be more than happy to help on this!

At first, please note that shared folders take up space on every member's account.

When you upgrade your account to a paid subscription, the additional space is applied only to your account.

For this reason, each member needs to have enough storage in their account to add the shared folder. They can check out how much space they have from their Plan tab

If you don't want the shared folder to take up space in other members' accounts though, you can send them a shared link to the folder which will grant them view-only access.

If you want to collect content from them to have in your folder, you can use file requests

Finally, if users are running out of storage, they can free up space by removing unwanted files or leaving shared folders, or even increase their quota by earning it

Let me know if you have any follow up questions. Thanks!
