I set up a second account and it erased everything in the first account

I set up a second account to segregate my businesses.  Apparently, the system does not like that because I can no longer find my original account. Help, please.

Hey @rparr700, thanks for checking in with us on the Dropbox Community. 

 

I'd be more than happy to help, I'll just need a bit more info, such as:

  • Did you join a Business team by any chance?
  • Did you set up another personal (Basic/Plus/Professional) and sign in on the desktop app?
  • Are you unable to access that account from the website?
