I signed in on my computer but my files were gone

hey so uhm- i made an account on my tablet and i signed into my computer in dropbox- but the files aren't showing up. im super confused and i dont know what to do. oh and if anyone knows how to work ibispaint x please tell me :,).

Hey @averagebear14, thanks for checking in with us!

It sounds like you may have signed in to a new Dropbox account. Could you have a look and see if the email address on your devices is the same? To check this, go to the:

  • Website - your General tab in your Settings. 
  • Desktop app - Dropbox icon > avatar icon > Preferences > Account tab. 
  • Mobile app - Account tab (iOS) or Settings (Android).

Let me know what you find!

PS. There's not much I can personally offer on any third party drawing app unfortunately - I'm still working on my paper-drawing skills. 🎨
