Hi, I have paid in advance (my mistake!) for an upgrade, but files are diverted to my old free FULL Dropbox account (from which they bounce back because there is no storage space) instead of going into my NEW PAID account which has lots of space available.
I've been on Chat 3 times today to no avail. And also tried chat a month or so ago. I don't want to ask for a refund or to switch to some competitor. It should be easy enough to do. I have one old free full account under one name and email address; and a second NEW empty PAID account (since January) with a different name and email address. Please help! 🙂 Thanks! Lindegard1
