Can someone help me with how I can access my old files? I'm not sure how to do this. Thanks in advance!

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you clarify what the exact is that you're describing? Did you downgrade from the Dropbox Business plan, or is it still active?
Could you let me know what plan and quota you see on this page?

Thank you Jay! I had a personal account years ago and then I upgraded to a Dropbox Business Advanced (trial ended). Am I able to access my old account?
Are you referring to the account you're logged into currently? If the trial expired, then it would revert to a locked state. Could this be the case for your account?
