I've removed a lot of files but my account still says that I don't have space?

I have deleted 90% all my files and shared folders. I have earnd 10gigs of space but my account still shows as no space available.

As I said, I have deleted all my shared folders and files and I only have less than 200mb of files still in folders.

Please tell me what the problem is.

Hi there @Vidwad, thanks for nudging us on this!

Could you please check what your Plan tab on the website reads in regards to how much space you have available and how much is being used up?

If you find that you're still over the limit, could you try removing any active content and shared folders from the website, instead?

Let me know how it goes!
