I've run out of quota on my mobile device

I've run out of quota on my mobile device

New member | Level 2

Dropbox is saying I've run out of storage on my mobile app. However my storage capacity says I've only used Half of it? 1.14 GB used of 2.2GB. Please note I only have  27.?? MB of shared files. The mobile app. is not letting upload Pics into current folders because of this?

Hi @BK549, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

Does the app show that you're overquota on your account? If not, how much free space do you have on your phone?

 

Are you trying to upload a large video to your account online?
