I want to restore some files deleted within 30 days, but it's not allowing me to. Why is that?

I want to restore some files deleted within 30 days, but it's not allowing me to. Why is that?

I would like to restore 2 files that have been deleted within 30 days, however, dropbox is not allowing me to do so when clicking on the restore button. 

Is there a reason why? How can I restore the files?

Hi there @melu95, thanks for reaching out to us here!

 

Are you getting a specific error message when you try and restore the files?

 

If you try using another web browser, and an incognito browsing windows, are you able to restore the files then?

Hi thank you for your response,

I'm not getting an error popup, it just does not complete the action.

Yes, I tried using another browser on incognito.

Do you have any other ideas?
