I want to share an Excel sheet for a Bridge Club

New member | Level 2

I am looking to share a very very small amout of data (in excel) with members of a Bridge club, but dont want them to be chased to take out Dropbox (or MS Excel or 365 licenses for that matter).  They would have no use for the these and would only need access to the data on a very infrequent basis , 10 minutes use a month.

Obviously I want a cheap option, but am prepared to consider any option as long as its really really easy for people, many in their 70s, to use.

Any suggestions welcome.

Dropboxer

Hey @davyboy175, thanks for checking in with us on the Dropbox Community.

Since you only want the users to be able to view the file without editing it, you can add it to your account (so you'll need to make sure that you have enough storage to upload it) and send them a shared link to it.

That way, they don't need to have a Dropbox account and they can view the contents by simply clicking on the shared link you sent them.

Let me know if you have any other questions, cheers!
