I wanted to look at a shared file and chose Internet Explorer, but I can't open the file. Any help?

Hello, I was wanting to look at a shared file and it asked how I wanted to view and I chose internet explorer, which was wrong because now I can not open the file, what can I do to remedy this issue. please help.

Are you getting an error message when you try opening the file online?

 

Also, just to clarify, was the file shared with you via a shared link? What actions did you take to open the file when you were prompted to choose how to view it?

 

Please feel free to send over any screenshots, excluding personal info.
