I have created a Dropbox Paper; it contains images.
When using the "View Only" link, only the first image shows, and all the others are broken. When I add new images, the problem remains the same; whichever image is first will show, and the others will display as a broken image icon. (The issue is not the images, as the issue remains when I change the order of the images; first in line shows, others are broken.)
I have tried troubleshooting/clearing etc. the usual, also checked on multiple devices (mobile and desk), with and without login... I can't seem to find a solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @ajbngr, thanks for joining the Community!
How are you uploading the images into your Paper doc? Are they images already located in your Dropbox account, or did you drag and drop them into the Paper doc manually?
Keep me posted!
Hi Jay, thank you for your reply!
I have tried both. I have tried moving them too and the problem persists.
Certain images are already in my Dropbox. Others, I uploaded directly to the paper.
It makes no difference, even when I move them around; whether the Dropbox one is first, or the directly uploaded one, only the first picture will load... The rest will display a broken image icon.
Are you experiencing this on every Paper doc, or just one particular document?
Could you try switching browsers to see if this makes any difference?
Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
Let me know how it goes!
Could you try accessing the Dropbox site from another network connection or device to ensure there isn’t is a possibility that a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Just to claify, this is occurring on every single Paper doc you've created, including brand new ones?
