Images in Paper Dropbox files can't be opened from mobile devices. What can I do?

Could you please let me know if you tried clearing the app's cache to see if that improves matters?

If it doesn't though, could you clarify if you can see those embedded photos in your Paper docs when you access them through a web browser?

Also, does it happen for all of your Paper docs and files you inserted there or just this one?

I and the people who are trying to open a file from a mobile phone are new Dropbox users. Our baskets are empty.

Yes, this applies to all Paper Dropbox files.

Yes, when you open the file in your computer's browser, all the photos are loaded.

I just downloaded the Dropbox Paper mobile app , and the pictures opened in it
