Impossible to save a scanned document

Impossible to save a scanned document

Explorer | Level 3

Hi everybody,

When I try to save a scanned document on my iPhone (add/scan document/save), I get a message meaning something like "Impossible to save. A problem occurred while saving. Please try again later."

Does anyone know how I could solve this ?

Many thanks

Tom-X

Hey @Tom-X; welcome to our Community!

Have you ensured you're using the most recent versions of your iPhone's OS and our mobile app as well?

If you did, can you clear the app's cache and try again?

In case you're still getting an error, I'd appreciate a screenshot so I can have a visual too, Tom.

Thanks a bunch!

Hi Walter,

My iOs is the most recent version.

I erased the app and loaded again.

The problem is still there.

Here's a screeshot :

Loads of thanks

Thanks for the screenshot, Tom.

Can you let me know your device's OS and if this persists after clearing the app's cache?

Here's how to do this in case you were wondering:

  1. Navigate to the “Personal” or "Account" tab
  2. Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the screen
  3. Select “Clear Cache”

Afterwards, please make sure to log out of the Dropbox application, then restart your device and log back in again.

Keep me posted on your results!
