Instagram embedded links aren't working and the example

Hi my dropbox won't show me what the images for Instagram embedded links look like. Does anyone know how to fix it?

This is where the embedded post should be. But it just won't show up. The previews for Instagram posts won't work either. But every other application works e.g YouTube. 

Any help would be great thanks.

Is your Instagram account a public one? If not, it could be a reason why the previews aren't showing.

I tried to make my instagram account public but it still did the same thing.

I've been having the same issue with instagram links...ever since it changed from just copy and paste to the add media button menu on the bottom of the screen.

Hi @creatorzim!

I reached out to our engineers and they are aware of this change and are also working on a solution.

The reason this happens is because Facebook/API Instagram's connections have changed. 

Resolution to this issue may occur at a later point. However, I do not have a schedule at this time.

Hello - is this going to be resolved any time soon? I feel like there are hardly any developments or support available for Paper - what's the point in still using it? It seems like a less capable product than a basic Google doc!
