Invalid email address

One email address out of 38 in a shared folder is rejected with this statement...’invalid email address’.

I’ve tried inputting the address manually and with copy and paste, but the result is the same. 

The address is valid for email communications. 

Does anyone know how to get around this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with inviting that specific email address to a shared folder of yours. Let's see what could be going wrong!

At first, can you try to explicitly add this person/email address to the shared folder in question and let me know if you get the same error? 

If you do, can you try another browser, merely to exclude any browser specific issues?

If you get the same error, please forward me a screenshot (omitting any personal information) so I can have a further look into this.
