Invitees with shared link cannot upload

New member | Level 2

I've shared a link ("can edit") with about 13 people, 2 of those people have expressed that they are unable to upload documents. They do not see the upload options to the right hand side. No one esle has expressed having any troubles.

Hey @Ambar Navarro, let's see what we can find.

Generally, users of a shared link cannot upload files as it only lets them preview the contents.

If you've sent them it to them as a shared folder though, could you ask them to make sure that they are accessing the correct one and that they don't have anything selected?

If they could send you a screenshot (without any personal info) of what they do see, that would be really helpful.

Give me a nudge with any updates, thanks!
