I have recently been given a role where I will responsible for the timesheets of 10 employees.
Traditionally this has been done by using paper timesheets but I would like to introduce a cloud based service that will allow each employee access to their timesheet to view and edit. I will be able to access all timesheets and view and edit. The timesheets are excel spreadsheets.
In theory, yes, using a Shared folder (one per person). But the issue I can forsee is that it would be possible for them to be altered after initial upload unless you take the Excel sheets out of the shared Dropbox folder each week upon completion.
