[Issue] Dropbox Desktop App / Office Extremely Slow Access

Hi,

 

Since last week I've noticed the Desktop app. has connectivity issues (even switching ISP), also with my Android phone app, and when opening a spreadsheet through Android's Excel's app.

What can it be happening? Like I said before, switching between 2 different ISP's I have same behaviour, because I thought it was something going on with my main ISP.

Strange that web goes fine

From what I understand, you're having trouble connecting to your account via a computer and mobile device, regardless of the ISP being used. 

 

Out of curiosity, could you check our Status page to see if what is mentioned applies to you by any chance?

Thanks, in fact that was the issue.

My ISP confirmed it was an issue related to them and I'm located in Argentina.

I'll save that URL if it happens again, thanks!
