Issue Restoring folders

I recently deleted folders on accident in a shared dropbox environment. I can see all of the folders greyed out under the deleted files/folders section of the web portal. When I restore, it doesn't seem to do anything - the progress bar does not fill out and then disappears as if it was successful. Is this due to large file sizes and I need to wait it out?

Could you please try clearing your browser's cache and/or using another browser?

If the issue persists, please send me a screenshot of the page you get stuck on so that I can have a visual too.
