Issues Downloading Color Document

Every time I attempt to download a color document it downloads as a black and white file. 

I have tried downloading as a PDF and using the print tool from the preview and neither options allow me to print in color.

I was going to use the print screen function coupled with photoshop to manually recreate the file from the preview, however, the image quality of the screen capture is extremely poor and the client I am working with would not find it acceptable.

Has anyone had this issue before?

Any tips or tricks or suggestions?

Hi @copycentercopycenter, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

Can you just clarify for me, are you downloading the file directly from the Dropbox website, using the download button?

If so, can you try using an incognito browsing window, or another browser altogether to see if there's any difference in downloading the file from there?
