Issues backing up Desktop into Dropbox and One Drive

My desktop and laptop were synced before. For some reason only laptop is now and it will not allow me to sync my desktop because it says it can't be backed up to onedrive as well as dropbox. I cant seem to get it fixed even if i delete onedrive

Hello @leeannjones123456, thanks for posting here today. 

Just to make sure that we're on the same page, is One Drive running on your computer while the Dropbox desktop app is as well?

Also, have you already saved your Desktop folder to backup on One Drive? 

If you could send me a screenshot of the error messages, that would be super helpful.
