Issues with personal and business account under the same email address

Hello people, 

I am currently having issues with my folders and file, the issue started after I decided to cancel the business trial. I have two computers and one computer is showing a set of folders and shared folders, and the other computer is showing a different set. 

I believed that one is still showing business account and the other is showing personal account. The issue is also happening when I upload files from one computer, I am not able to see them in my other computer. 

Any ideas will be really appreciated.

Hi @rodrierroa, thanks for posting today!

Is it possible that you might have more than one Dropbox account under different emails? Since Dropbox accounts can't have the same email, you can check the email address in the desktop app.

You can do this by clicking on the small Dropbox icon in your menu bar or system tray, then clicking on the avatar on the top right, then Preferences, and Account.
