Keep Files in Dropbox Business Once I Deactivate the Team

I want to disband the team, I no longer want to use Dropbox business. If I follow the steps to disband will I lose the files that were only saved there and not to my personal account? I read how to do it but I did not read I will still have access to my personal files that are in that team account.

Hey dmacc,

If you get deleted from your business team, you will lose access to the account and all files. But the team admin can also convert your team member account to an individual account, by choosing "delete member" and then "convert to individual Dropbox Basic account instead".
