I uploaded an MRI slides and the related app to view them. When I was in the office the app worked perfectly. When I'm at home the app (CDstart.exe) will not run. Is there something I need to do so others can run the app to see the images?
How does this relate to Dropbox? You'll likely need to contact the creators of the app that you're using.
I'm wondering if it is something I didn't do. I uploaded the files in the office with the entire disk contents went into dropbox. I have removed the disk from my computer.
Today I go into the the drop box file and click on the exe file (the application file) it runs perfectly.
When I was at home I used my laptop and logged into drop box with the same office login, went the folder and clicked on the application - it would not open the files.
I don't what the difference is between my office computer and my home computer; login exactly the same but in one case it works and in the other case it does not.
It seems like a dropbox thing not the vendors issue.
