I've just logged into our companies dropbox account on a new HP laptop and none of the folders we have are coming up at all other than 'get started' files and a few general dropbox ones.

Is this just a delay in downloading or other?

To be honest, it sounds like you're looking at a brand new account; can you take a look at your account's plan tab and let me know what is reported there?
