Lost connection when trying to sync with the desktop app on my Mac.

As a video producer there is constant synchronization in my folders on DBox. Lately it happens regularly that the connection with Dropbox is lost. Then there is no more synchronization. The tools are no longer available with the right mouse button. When the computer is restarted, this is OK again. I am using Mac.

Can you let me know what the sync status of the app shows when this happens?

If you see any errors in the sync status, please send me a screenshot of this.

Also, what version of the app do you have installed?

Finally I'm back. Here a few screenshots. Notice the sync status. It seems to be OK. Then link at the map left, Sync is stopped.

Can you quit and restart the Dropbox app to see if that helps too, rather than restarting your Mac completely?

If you're not familiar, you can do this by:

1. Clicking the Dropbox icon in your menu bar.
2. Click the profile pic/initials icon in the top right of the window.
3. Choose "Quit Dropbox".

You can then relaunch the app from the Applications menu.
