Hi everybody

I didnt paid continued to my account and some of my files removed from the sever. :tired_face:

I guess is because the files size too big...

Anybody can let me know if i paid to the account, can i get back the file?

Or apply to take back the files, thank you so much!

Dropbox does not remove files from the server unless its told to do so by somebody/something. So, if its very large my guess is it never uploaded in the first place. 


Unfortunately upgrading now wont change anything - changes to file recovery settings etc. are only valid from point of upgrade and are not retroactive.
