Lost files

Lost files

Hi_34
New member | Level 2

Hi,

In 2013 I was using Dropbox to backup all of my cellphone photos automatically.

At some point probably, around 2015, it maxed out on storage, stopped backing it up, and I switched to google drive.

I came back to Dropbox to collect those photos to put on a hard drive and they are gone. I can't find any of them.

Is there any way to recover them? I know they were on your servers at some point.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thank you,

Caitlin

Your account has almost certainly been removed - inactive accounts are deleted after 12 months (and lots and lots of warning emails).

If you log in and have no files I'm afraid they are unrecoverable.
