Glad to hear you were able to retrieve even some of them, Uri.

You're correct on how syncing works and as per your last concern, I can only suggest ensuring that the desktop app on your computers reports to be 'Up to date' which means you're fully synced.

Let me know if you have any more questions!

Hi there @uribar; welcome to our Community and happy November.

I'm sorry to hear about your missing files; let's see what we can do about this.

Just to double check, do you remember if the desktop app was running and reporting 'up to date' in your system tray/menu bar on your computer?

Do you see any sign of them in your events page? This is the place where all uploads, edits and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint.

Let me know what you find!

Hi walter !
Tnx for your quick respond.

1. I used the desktop up, and it was synced.
2. Tried to look over history, and deleted files, but none was found.
3. Its wierd - files from last week are avalable, but files 2-3 months old are missing.

It is very strange.
I did all as required. They are just gone.

It does indeed sound like those files never made it to our servers, Uri.

Have you tried searching for them locally on your old computer perhaps, even in the recycle bin?

yes i did.

found some of them, but not all.

as far as i know, all computer and apps linked to my drop box should be all sync together, right?

could you be kind to advise of the right way when i am changing computer, to make sure it syncs all files before i dissconect from the old one?

Thank you walter !
