Mac syncing but windows not syncing

Hi folks, we are running three computers on our dropbox plus.  

Two Macs and one Windows 10.  The Macs seem to run problem free, but every two months or so, the Windows comp stops syncing and creates much downtime for me the Windows user.  Any thoughts on this one, thanks in advance.

Hey there @DavidMTI,

If you're experiencing a slow-down with some functions on your computer, I'd recommend checking this article out which lists a few ideas on what may cause this and how to tackle it.
