As stated on the subject dropbox in one of our users doesn't work and it doesn't show the smart sync icon on the files even though it's already enabled on the preferences.
1. update macbook to big sur
2. update dropbox
3. remove dropbox and reinstall beta version
4. uncheck and recheck full disk access and etc.
5. told the user to wait for it to be fully synced (doesn't sync after 1 day)
any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂
