Hello,
I've been having a problem for a few days now: a function I used to use with my dropbox documents opened with Microsoft excel online is no longer working: the printable version of my file is not downloading.
After going to File, then print, I click on: display a printable version.
A pop up window appears where I click on: click here to view the PDF version of your document.
A new download tab is displayed but this is where it stops working, no documents are downloaded.
I have not changed my browser settings.
I don't understand why it doesn't work anymore, could you please help me?

Hi @cellsoon, thanks for messaging the Community!
I can see that you're adblockers in your browser. Could you try disabling your extensions on the browser, and use incognito mode, or another browser, to see if the PDF option works correctly?
