I've just noticed that a number of files are missing from my Dropbox account. I've looked in my deleted items and the files aren't there. I'm not sure how to go about recovering the files or why they are gone. I have a personal account but if I upgrade to a different account could I use the Dropbox rewind feature? Or would that only work if I had upgraded before the files disappeared. If anyone has an idea how I can get these back that would be appreciated.

Have you checked the Events page to see when they were deleted?

It would only work if you had upgraded before the files were deleted.

It would only work if you had upgraded before the files were deleted.
The events page doesn't show them being deleted but I was able to contact one of the people with shared access to the folder and they still had everything on their end and have re-shared it so I've got it all back now.
