Missing Folders show up in preferences but not on my computer

Missing Folders show up in preferences but not on my computer

I'm smart synced to a folder that has 4 folders inside. I can see 2 of the folders, but 2 are missing. When I go to my preferences and look at the smart sync all 4 folders are there and have check boxes next to them. Does anyone know why they are not showing up in the app or in my explorer window? On Windows 10.

Hi @rockwiler,

Seems, you're talking not for smart-sync, but for Selective Sync. 😉

Windows is very restrictive for files/folders names. Are you sure the folder names you're talking about are Windows compatible? You can check this easy. Just try create somewhere on your machine a folder with literally same name. Are you able do it or are getting to end with error?

Hope this lets you idea.

OMG that was it! The folder had a "<" in the title. Completely missed that. Thank you!!!
