Please see the attached screenshot indicating the error message that I'm receiving from DropBox when trying to open a photo that has been in my account for several years. Thank you in advance for any insights that you can share for me to be able to restore this file. It's an important family photo of my Grandfather taken in the mid 1950s:

It seems like the Dropbox site isn't able to preview the file, though it should still be previewable if you download the file to your computer directly.
Is the jpg larger than 100 megapixels in size? This will help me assist further!
