All my family photos of my children growing up have been deleted. This is very distressing. UK GDPR requires data to be kept for 5 years. Therefore, please restore to my account. I am prepared to upgrade to do this just please restore the files!

I'm sorry to hear about your missing files and I'll happy to look into this for you. 

 

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you please let me know when is the last time you remember seeing them on our website? 

 

Can you find any track of them in your events page? This is the place where all uploads, edits and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint.
