Mobile Image Previews - incorrect colour

New member | Level 2

Hey Guys I have a problem with the how the dropbox app is displaying pictures I upload on mobile. Basically its displaying images pre-edit. It's only happening on my mobile app, not on desktop or when the images are downloaded to the mobile.

I would like the images to display their true colour because I need to show clients. Any help would be appreciated. All these pictures were shot raw, edited in Lightroom but bounced out as a jpg.bWpoDvlc.png

Hey @Lefty20, I’m here to help; let’s see what we can find!

For starters, are you uploading your photos with the (+) button or have you enabled the Camera Uploads feature?

If you’re using Camera Uploads, when you apply an edit or filter to a photo, the altered version will only be added to camera uploads if it is in your camera roll when the original is uploaded. If you apply a filter after the original has been uploaded, you will need to upload the filtered photo manually to your Camera Uploads folder.

As a last step, could you quickly check that you’ve installed our latest mobile version (168.2.2) & you’ve installed all iOS updates?

Once you get back in touch with me, I'll make sure to address your initial inquiry a bit closer. Thanks!
