Moved folders into another folder. Files gone.

Moved folders into another folder. Files gone.

Ok so I have roughly 15 shared folders for our company.  This morning, I created 3 higher level folders, and moved those origional 15 into one of the 3 folders.  Now I have files that got moved that are missing.  Nothing is showing in my deleted file side. 

 

Any Ideas?

Hi @jmurr19, thanks for joining the Community!

Were the three higher level folders also shared folders?

Could you check the shared folders tab to see if the missing folders are there, and can be added back to your account?

Keep me updated with any progress!
