Moving a Dropbox Paper to a Shared Folder

I am unable to move my Dropbox Paper to a shared folder. What am I doing wrong?

Are you the owner of this shared folder by any chance? 

If you get any error messages when you try to do this, send them my way as a screenshot so that I can have a better look into it for you.

I am not the owner of the shared folder. I don't get any error messages there's just no option for me to move the paper doc into the shared folder. The owner of the shared folder doesn't understand what the problem is either.

Do you or the other user have the 2020 release of Dropbox Paper by any chance?

I have the 2020 Drop Box Paper but I do not know about the other users. If I have it and they don't could that be part of the issue?

Since you should be able to move Paper docs into a shared folder, could you clarify exactly what happens when you try to do so?

There's just no option to move the paper. When I click move this is what my screen looks like.

Based on the screenshot, it doesn't look like there are any folders that you could move the Paper doc to. 

Could you make sure that the shared folder is added to your account by checking the Share tab?

If it is, try doing this from another browser or an incognito window.
