A client shared his folder with me, which I want to move as a subfolder to within a password-protected folder per my organizational structure. This will not prevent him from accessing (uploading/downloading) his shared folder, right?

Thanks for replying quickly! I have Drobbox Plus, not sharing with a team. I've set up password-protected folders in which clients can download their returns, so they need both the link and password to access. A few are Dropbox users anyway and simply share their folder with me and I put their tax return back to their folder. However to keep all my folders organized, I 'move' their folder from my top level where it intially appears, to my subfolders hierarchy. I know moving it doesn't matter, wanted to be sure moving it inside a protected folder has no effect in this situation either.
