Mp4 pictures missing

I can see all pictures and hear the audio when I preview my mp 4 file on dropbox.com. However when I download or copy the file to my desktop and play it, I have no pictures. I get Audio only

Hey @DebAKG, let's see what we can do here. 

 

Have you tried downloading the file from another browser or an incognito window?

 

Are you having this issue with any other .mp4 file?
