My company recently gave me access to their dropbox and my boss (who is located 11 hours ahead overseas) is telling me I have full access to our Dropbox. He said I have to change my settings on Dropbox to my computer's hard drive. So I downloaded the Dropbox app to my desktop, went into preferences and I chose my desktop to have Dropbox sync with. Dropbox is now on my computer but the app and the website are both telling me to upgrade my Dropbox to a business account. However, I am ALREADY logged into a business account, but that account is telling me to upgrade. I have no upload capability and I do not have full access to everything that is in that Dropbox. DOes anyone have any fixes they can share with me? I don't want to have to ask my boss again.
