My Dropbox folder doesn't show the files in a shared folder anymore

The dropbox app and the maps in explorer shows all the maps/folders, but don't show any files. But a few months ago it did.

When I go to website I see all the files.

I already installed the latest version and even made an new account.

It concers a shared folder and the client already invited me. But still can't see any files.

Dropbox icon tells me everything is synced.

Can somebody help me out?

I'd be more than happy to help, I'll just need a bit more info on this, such as:

  • How did the user add the files to the shared folder?
  • Does the other member see the files via the website?
  • What does your Dropbox icon (that's next to your computer's clock) show when you hover over it?
