Hi there @theguzer, thanks for posting here today!
Is it possible that the folder you're looking for hasn't been shared with you yet?
If possible, can you ask one of your team members to check the "Share" button next to the folder and see if you have been given access to that folder?
If so, do you possibly see the folder in your Sharing tab here?
Let me know what you find!
I'm told that I am shared as I am in the group that is shared with the main folder that the missing folder is in. Everyone else in the group can see the folder. I wish I could talk to some over the phone at dropbox. Will uninstalling / reinstaling dropbox work?
Thanks for getting back to me here @theguzer!
If the folder is already shared with you, can you let me know if you see the folder in your Sharing tab online like I mentioned above?
I would hold off on reinstalling Dropbox at the moment until we can narrow down the root cause here. If you're not able to see the folder in your account online then it wouldn't sync to your desktop or mobile app anyway.
Keep me posted!
Thanks for checking on that @theguzer.
Do you possibly see this folder #6 in your Sharing tab on it's own?
If you're part of a Business team and the parent folder is a team folder, then it's possible that the subfolder #6 is it's own shared folder and may have been removed separately by mistake on your account somehow.
Is it possible that your access to the specific subfolder was restricted @theguzer?
Within a team folder, access can be restricted to specific subfolders even if the parent folder is shared with you.
Can one of your team members just double check if you are still shared with the subfolder?
Thanks for confirming that @theguzer.
At this point, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team to look into this further so we can check on this alongside some account specific info.
