My Windows Documents folder got into Dropbox somehow. How can I remove it?

Somehow my Windows 10 OS-created Documents folder got synced with Dropbox.  I'm trying to unlink them, and get those folders and files out of Dropbox.

Re: Delinking folders

Hi @gregn213 - welcome to the Dropbox Community!

I'm not sure how this might have happened; can you trace back your actions at the time you first noticed that so we can have a better view of the matter at hand?

Did you move your computer's Documents folder inside your Dropbox folder somehow by any chance? Can you move this folder out of your Dropbox folder to prevent it from syncing?

Keep me posted on your findings and we'll take it from there Greg!
